Hearty Home Cooked Lunch

A home cooked meal was the order of the day!

Since I'm on holiday and have time on my hands I opted for a healthy home cooked meal instead of going out. This meal was easy and inexpensive,perfect for a chilled Wednesday afternoon.

Ingredients:
Pork Chops
Spinach
Carrots
Lemon
Mushroom and cheese soup packet
Black Pepper sauce

 Method:
1. Defrost your pork chops.
2. Cut the spinach.
3. Dice the carrots.
4. Add water into a pot and leave to boil.
5. Once the water starts boiling add the spinach and carrots.
6. Leave for 15-20 minutes until both the spinach and carrots are soft.
7. Add salt and a spoon of lemon juice.
8. Add 1 packet of the mushroom and cheese soup packet.
9. Pour boiling water and leave to boil for 3 minutes.
10. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.


Black Pepper Method:
1. Marinate the pork with the black pepper sauce.
2. Fry until golden brown.

Serve & Enjoy!
